I’m a technical manager who transforms, stabilizes, and sustains organizations with collaboration, data storytelling, a passion for automation, and robust data science foundations for long-term success. I grew up as a data scientist, but realized that my real passion is people: enabling, empowering, and supporting them in doing their best work. The way to make your people happy and productive is to create an environment where engineers can thrive and then get out of their way, and that’s exactly what I do. I’m known for effective leadership of distributed teams and nurturing resilient, high-trust cultures that maintain performance through change (even really rocky change!).

When I’m not working, you can find me restoring my historic Victorian house, learning American Sign Language, watching period dramas on PBS, and organizing my friends’ houses.
